christmas

Hi all,

I hope everyone had a great Christmas I did!! I got loads of cash and lovely presents lets just say Santa done me well. I had Christmas dinner at my dads it was really nice he is a good cook, I'm sure he got some help from the freezer shop but he was not letting on. I opened my presents and watching East Enders which was brill I think every household was watching it, so exciting. I ended up going to my wee cousins on Christmas night it was good, her kids got loads, I helped her little girl paint a piggy bank she got, then I was playing bowling on her new games machine the wii that was fun, think we had more fun than the kids! We never had a college night out everyone was to busy and skint, hopefully we will have a night out soon. Nearly new year I have lots of plans but nothing for sure yet, I always go to George square but it was cancelled last year, I never bothered to get a ticket this year, I'm just going to go with the flow this year. I'm off to Newcastle on the 2nd cannot wait! I come back on 6th. We are all back to college on 7th, will hear every one's news, that's all mine for now. Bye

My Weekend

Hi all,

We never had a college night out at the weekend but we have arranged to go to one of the girls in my classes house on Friday night for a few and then a few more, should be a good night, lets hope she doesn't regret asking all us up the next day haha, I found the new Silver burn shopping centre on Saturday with my we cousin no i did not get lost even though my sense of direction does not exist. I have to say it was ok because everything was inside so you were nice and warm but there was a lack of places to eat, we ended up going into marks and Spencer's to get lunch and they had stopped selling hot food at 3 so no luck there, I needed to buy some Cd's and they didn't have a virgin or hmv I was shocked so all in all just go to the town if you have a lot to get. We had Monday off college, in today for a health and safety class which is interesting because it is an on line project so you can do it in your own time, and our teacher Dianne is really nice and helpful. Not long to Christmas I'm getting so excited!!

Hi Everyone

We are not in college tomorrow so I'm going to do all my Christmas shopping I hope, I don't mind the shopping but I hate the queuing up to pay maybe it's just the paying I don't like haha, I really do love Christmas, snow if it happens, the tree, all the lights in the house and the street and I even love the weather crisp cold but not wet it's nice to wrap up warm and go meet your friends at the pub for drinks, I have to say Christmas as a whole is a nice time of year but a total rip off haha everyone gets into debt which is no good well not for a student on a part time pay cheque!! Won't be long just one more week of college then it's Christmas holidays yippee, I'm off to Newcastle with a friend only from Thursday to Sunday but it will be a good break and i will catch up with my family who stay there, also the night life is great too, which is always a bonus. I'm off now, working tonight bummer!!

My Week

Hi everyone hope yous are all good,
Ive still not been feeling my best this week but better than last week the cold is going, College has been good this week I'm really enjoying the new block the subjects are interesting I go home and find myself boring my boyfriend about my classes ha ha. Oh we are having our first college night out at the weekend hopefully it will be the first of many!! Work on the other hand has been crap it's bad enough without having the cold, my boss makes up for me hating the job because she is just the nicest old lady ever.

My week so far

On Monday I woke up feeling terrible, I have the cold, Iain a guy in my class at college gave me it!! Not a good start to the week, went to work on Monday night it was ok apart from feeling rough, my supervisor is an older woman but she is lovely even though the job is rubbish and so are the wages. Had to take my car to get fixed went to kwik fit what a rip off £268 so took it somewhere else a private garage and it cost £50 big difference!! so I'm happy my wee car is back on the road!! So don't go to kwik fit!!
